Just back from a dental check up. Everything is in order apart from a couple of things. I need to brush my gums some more to shift the touch of gum disease I have. The other thing was more surprising.

I have 2 baby teeth near the front of my lower jaw. I’m 21, how the hell can I have baby teeth this late?! Aparrently they can sink into the gum and cause problems. They are pretty low compared to the rest of my teeth but I have had no problems so far.

Only treatment I got was a drill between my teeth (which hurts) and a quick polish over each of them. Back in 6 months for another checkup.

Still, baby teeth, wtf?!
